Don't underestimate all your work; learning how the diet works, tweaking the foods, the amounts, trying various fasting protocols and basically sticking to it to reach this exciting goal. :thup:

Congrats! It is such a great feeling, isn't it? My partner and I are now solidly in the 190s (I am flirting with 188 - 189) and I truly hope never to see that number "2" ever again!!!!!
