Dietrite Cola

Cola made with Splenda. Anyone know anywhere you can get it. They have it on www.lowcarbmegastore.co.uk but the delivery is SO expensive (£10.95 to Ireland).

Where to buy bread mix and other goodies

:help: I doubt you can get that in this country! HOWEVER I found out (at last!) where to buy the Atkins bake mix!!! As promised, I checked out the low-carb scene in the city today...you can get it in 'Boots' pharmacy, right near Paul Street, (you know, the Boots opposite Pound City or whatever). Anyway, its a bit expensive at 14euro, but u can make bread, buns and pancakes out of it. The girl at the check-out asked me how I was getting along (I just bought an Atkins choccie bar) and told me she lost 16lbs in 3 weeks on this! Talk about results!

You can also get a low carb bread in Dunnes grocery, in Roches Stores shopping centre. It's Irish Pride (small loaf) and is called 'Carb Counters'. The cheapest low-carb bars and shakes are in Nature's Way, but you can only get the bread mix in Boots. If you still can't find Cola made from Splenda..why not just get cheap 'Diet Lemon' or Cola (they prob have it) in LIDL or ALDI? Big massive 2 litre bottle and very cheap.

Is that made with Splenda? Practically every diet drink I've seen is made with aspartame, you can't have that on a low-carb diet. I wouldn't even mind the weight gain, but the low-blood sugar feeling that results from drinking diet drinks is pretty crappy as well.

Why can't you drink aspartame drinks (besides the questionable long-term effects issues)? Maybe this is why I've stalled for the last few months...

Nevermind. I just googled it. Jaysus.
