Been away
 

Hello everyone. I've been away for a family holiday. Five small kids and the rest of them ! Mayhem, but good to all be together. I've been trying to keep all your advice in mind and did pretty well considering the chaos, only one detour with a Chinese meal. I am not weighing myself until I get rid of my awful water retention though. The weather here is extremely hot and I am swollen up despite copious fluids...Here's hoping.
