Eno, I wish you a wonderful Mother's Day (and your lucky daughter as well..her first one, how special).

When I hit 199, I am going to celebrate by going out to a Spanish steak house. I know..food for celebration, but that seems a part of my very being, so don't expect that to stop...ever. :lol:

When I get to about 195 it will be clothes buying time (I do not like tight jeans), and time for me to try 1x on the sweat pants I love, and a size 16 on my favorite jeans style.

I hope to be back into what was my normal size underwear by the 160s, it's already time for new smaller bras.

When I hit goal, I will find a significant to me piece of jewelry to buy, and wear every day...to remind me of what I've accomplished, of the painful journey that took me to 368 (and above...as I found one journal entry with a 369.5 listed), of the promise I made my dad after he passed, that I would lose the weight and get healthy, for a long and healthy life.

Today is a new one day low for me of 200.7 - granted I slept about an hour and a half later than usual.

My weight was 201.6 this morning, and my new average is 203.17 (rounded up for here). I am very happy with how this past week went, despite eating out twice.

My brunch out on Sunday went extremely well - planning ahead of time sure helped (Love reviewing menus and making my decisions ahead of time).

Breakfast cm: 1 egg, 1 slice finlandia deli slices cheddar cheese, 1/2 of a 5th Street Grill Italian Sausage (these are large), cooked in 1 tsp. unsalted butter. 1 fresh scallion. 1 oz. half and half with my decaf coffee.

I wish I could send up balloons or have a brass band play- you are going into onederland very very soon! AMAZING great wonderful you!

I had my annual physical yesterday- cholesterol went down (?) but I needed more thyroid. So we shall see if this affects my weight. I have not had an increase in many many years.

RM last night was a salad with avocado lime dressing and a chicken breast sandwich, water.
RM tonight (planned)- salad, grilled chicken sausage, whole grain salad, spinach. DH will add on rolls and pasta salad.

I'm going to the beach for the weekend with friends- my friend who is on 20 grams of carbs/day, so it will be easy to stay on plan. (Yesterday a friend on WW brought me a sandwich for lunch- oops!)

I have eggs, cheese, nuts, salad, salami, and coffee- what else do I need??
We will go out for dinner one night, and make dinner the other night. I LOVE THE BEACH- so I am very excited.

Got the new book THE BIG FAT SURPRISE- that is my beach reading. Michael Eades said he thinks it may be one of the most important books on nutrition ever. You can read about it on this site on the media area.

My new one day low - 199.8. For today, I have less than 60 lbs. to a goal of 140, less than 50 should I stop at my original goal of 150.
