just curious, how many calories are you eating per day? i am sticking to 1800 and feel really full all the time, but wonder if eventually, after my sugar cravings are totally gone, i should go down to 1500 or so? i know the gold standard is 1200, especially for my size. that would be hard for me.

I think I eat about 1200 - 1400 a day, any more and I tend to gain.

That's the same for me 1200 -1400 although I have to admit on some days I take in less sometimes I've been down around 900 but feel as full as if I'd had almost 2000!!! My fibre is usually 20-30grms, and my carbs range from about 40-150(rarely that high) . I know we are not supposed to count but I find I gain if I have too many calories, or too much fat, darn it I gain if I have too much anything
Admittedly I am not losing right now, but I was not losing on Atkins either and very unhappy with what I was eating - plus my IBS was acting up because I was so constipated. The weather is finally getting milder here - Eastern Ontario - so I will be getting in some much more effective cardio and this is what I'm counting on to kick me into losing mode again.
