WEll, it's a week now since I quit my water pills and started on the L- tuarine, so far my blood pressure is still going downward.

I'm on diuretics (spironolactone) because of a hormone imbalance. do you know if taurine will do the same thing for us if we are taking it for hormones, not blood pressure?

what I'm trying to say is, can I stop taking spironolactone and start taking taurine for the same effect on my hormones?
