Can anyone tell me where to buy sugar free pudding mix and what to buy? I live in Canada and can only find fat-free. I do live near the US border, and of course can shop the internet. What brand do I look for??? Thank you!!!

I'm in Canada too - Saskatchewan to be exact. In various postings and lists, I had heard people talk about Lifestyles market in Victoria. They have a lot of low carb products, and will ship direct to you. I had family coming from there for christmas, and they had luggage room, so I got them to pick up some things for me :) . Saved the shipping!
It is not cheap, but the Keto pudding mix is pretty good. I wish we could find good old (cheap) Jello sugar free here!!

I used to live in Victoria and my sister goes there all the time. I will see when she is going next otherwise I will use the website. Thanks!!! Yay Saskatchewan!!! When I was a kid I lived in Moose Jaw, and I once pulled the fire alarm in the Regina museum (was a small kid, I was bored and was playing house, I felt cold and tried to turn up the heat....).

I haven't been in here in a while, but guess what? There's 2 places to look, here at the website, for very specific product information for Canadians... lots of helpful posts:

There's a great SEARCH feature, and a LowCarb Yellow Pages (check out the quick links over on the right of your screen).

MEANWHILE, Jello FatFree Pudding Mix (and housebrands, available in places like the Real Canadian Superstore, are ALSO SugarFree -- but do check the carb counts on the packages. They are relatively low carb and not as expensive as the Keto. The Keto is also available ONLINE in Canada now, and the Keto Canada website http://www.ketofoodscanada.com has an 800 number for information about store locations OR will sell you the products directly.
