Splenda is a relatively new sugar substitute. It is also called sucralose and is used in quite a variety of products. It was developed to use by diabetics.

You can do a search on the internet for Splenda and find a lot of useful information, and which products use it. It's used in Swiss Miss for sure, as my mother who is diabletic uses that.

From what I've seen from our UK members, they just started selling splenda in the stores in the UK.

Thank you for your replies, now I know. Actually I don't take sugar in anything so that is probably why I didn't know what it was.
