Brocolli. Spinach. Cauliflour. Mushrooms. Green/yellow peppers. Zucchini. Basically, all veggies except those that are orange or white (with the exception of cauliflower).

The lowest carb fruits are berries. Strawberries are the absolute lowest at about 8 carbs a cup (or 8 big berries).

I've recently discovered baby bok choi. It's good sauteed in butter and olive oil, but I love to nibble on it raw, too.

I'm not a big veggie eater, and naturally all my fav veggies have the highest carbs (corn, onions, potaotes). I usually just eat broccoli & spinach, but I've recently branched off into occassional turnips and had my first zucchini last night as zucchini fries (well other than those i eat in zucchini cake LoL). I also eat tomatoes in LC burgers, LC taco salads, and turkey roll ups (as well as cucumbers). I'm a picky eater!!

Hachachacha! Going grocerying in the morning, hope there are some beets there with the greens still attached.

Thanks for the heads up 4beans.

Red, yellow, green bell peppers, avocadoes, mustard greens, turnip greens, collards, kale, spinach, artichoke hearts, cauliflower, cabbage, brocolli, jicima and many many more. Oh, I'm sorry you wanted just 3 veggies.

Cantalope, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries are my choices for lc sweet fruit.
