I have been reading (and reading) about various supplements. I decided to add some to my routine - L-Carnitine, Magnesium and Co-Enzyme Q-10. I feel like I have lots more energy, my appetite has decreased, but I frequently feel hot. I've actually broken a sweat doing little things around the house, even though I don't feel the least bit winded, out of breath or uncomfortable. I'm wondering if my 'furnace' has kicked in or something. Granted, the weather has warmed up, but this seems out of sync with that for some reason (I'm not necessarily hot in reaction to the surrounding temperature).
Any thoughts?

Are you old enough to be having hot flashes? Mine kicked in about 2 months after starting LCing, but I had other signs prior to LCing. Couldn't figure out for the life of me what was going on for the first week. ;)

I'm 36. My reproductive cycles have been messed up forever, and my Doc and I have come to the conclusion that I have PCOS, so that could be it, which would really stink (not that I can do anything about it). I'll have to wait and see, I suppose. . .
