I've doing some surfing on the benefits of Bee Pollen, but found quite contradictory information, and most proponeents were retailers. :)
So instead, I'd like to hear any postive, nuetral, or negative feedback from people who have actually tried it. What did it do for you, how did it perform, and how did you take it? Was it local Bee Pollen from within your city? etc.
TIA

I did some research for a member recently, and posted my findings about bee pollen. You can read it here (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=39216).
Save yer money for new clothes instead ;)

Good link from the University of Florida.
But not a personal experience. :)

I am also wondering about bee pollen and any personal experiences.
I have read a lot of different things about it. Some say its bull and others swear by it.

My father use to make his own bee pollen caplets, he purchased the bee pollen in bulk from a local health food shop. He was a great athlete and swore the stuff helped both performance and recovery.
