Three words.... yum yum yum!!!
I tried them for the first time last night, and I wasn't sure quite what to expect, but boy was I suprised! I mixed the Whipping Cream with Strawberry Jello, and they turned out great, and took less than 5 mins! My husband even loved them for dessert last night. (That says alot!!) :)
I made up some Orange flavored ones tonight, so they can keep in my freezer for the week. They are great for those little cravings for something sweet. If you haven't tried them, then your sure missing out! They are in the Recipe section.
Hope everyone enjoys! :)

Hi Condeza,

welcome and a big thankyou for that recipe tip. I have been hankering for a sweet treat, and usually plain old Diet Jello does it, maybe a little cream on top, but these gems sound absolutely decadent for so few carbs. I love it. Probably read the recipe before, but it didn't register in my brain :D That happens a lot.

'bye, and thanks again, from Doreen, in Ontario

I'm so glad that you liked the little frozen treasures :-)
They are so easy to make and sure are a treat if you are craving something sweet.
Glad I came in and checked today.

Thanks Linda! :)
Now I think my next try will be the Cool Cream Cookies, made with Jello mix, not the Gelatin... can anybody recommend the best flavor to use? I love Lemon, so I think I might try that one...
I'm finding that every day is getting easier and easier... today is my first day of OWL, and these great recipes make it alot easier, and I'm not even feeling tempted to cheat!
Thanks to everyone! :)

As for what flavor is the best - I guess that would depend on your preferences - Now for me I'm a chocoholic - so I go for that when I'm making them :-)
Just remember the pudding ones are higher in carbs - so beware of the temptation to pop lots in your mouth (I like to just let them melt in my mouth). With these ones being higher in carbs that's why I tried making them with the geletin powders - it lowered the carb count and gave lots of variety. Hope you enjoy your's when you make them.
