Please tell me the answer is yes! I tried checking the calculator but did not see it on there... I love creamed spinach and am running out of vegetable ideas (have been eating broc, chinese cabbage, and cauliflower only so far). thanks!

Provided it is made with cream and not milk.

Also try zucchini, green beans, asparagus, wax beans, yellow squash :)

All are low in carbs and helps with menu planning.

...and does not contain any starch to thicken it.

Cream cheese is good in spinach.

I can't think of anything that isn't good with cream cheese :)
