note that my opinions of Glycemic Load are rebellious.

If on an exam you are asked: does pasta affect glucose levels
favorably? the answer might be yes.. i don't know, but my own
(rebellious if you look at literature) evidence (i try not to
be biased) is that it is the next bad thing after bread. This
may be because people eat so much of it.

But yeah, if your nutrition professor asks a question about
pasta don't cite me.. but if you are publishing a study then
you cancite me as "wuzzy has raised the above criticism"..

Your comments is valid for white bread only. Over here we
don't call that for bread. '
