I'm curious about this as well. The primary difficulty is that tomatoes contain a fair bit of natural sugars.

In the Main Dishes subforum look at the index stickied to the top. There might be something there you can use.

Usually I just toss together something using tomato sauce/paste/canned tomatoes, garlic, onion or onion powder, red pepper flakes, fresh basil if I have it, some sort of meat and sometimes olives. :) Sometimes when I'm lazy I'll buy the lowest carb bottled sauce and add my own extras.

Oregano... how could I forget?
