I'm thinking of trying this, but I'm having a reading comprehension problem. For step four she says:
Pour the water off the chocolate (you don't have to get every last bit), saving half a cup aside.
But it doesn't seem like she ever says what to do with that half cup of water.
Thoughts? Or a recommendation for another recipe? I am interested in doing one with egg, not one that is just chocolate and cream or gelatin.
