Hey everyone!
I am looking for a good incuction friendly chili recipe, I know I have seen them around but I'm not sure where...

I'm also interested in other soup and stew recipes, and yes I have checked out the ones on this forum.

Thanks!

Here's the one Scotiagirl posted in my journal, I havn't plugged in the nutrition info yet, but at least it's a start! :)

I double this and it makes a fair bit and freezes well in individual servings, it is very tasty and very filling, I put grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream on mine.

"This recipe does have a 4 oz can of tomato paste and a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes in its own juice, so there are carbs in it but it makes a lot of chili and is very tasty too.

2.5 pounds ground beef
1 onion chopped ( I use 1/2 cup green onion)
2 Tablespoons Chili powder or to taste
1 Tablespoon Cumin or to taste
1 Tablespoon dry cocoa powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (ground)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 4 oz can tomato paste
1/2 cup water
2 packets Splenda ( I use sugar twin)
1/2 teaspoon salt or (omitt if you wish)

Fry ground beef and onions until no longer pink.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes.(I move this to a crockpot to simmer for the day...it just gets better tasting) I like to give it an hour to really pick up flavors.

This is really tasty but you must add ALL the ingredients listed in order to enjoy its unique flavor.

Enjoy!
