Good morning all! I recently stumbled upon some coconut milk kefir at the health food store. I love it!! It is super tangy and has a nice coconut flavor. I have been drinking it with splenda/stevia added and extracts (strawberry and raspberry so far, bc I knew they would "go" with the coconut flavor). Sometimes I also dissolve a little cocoa powder in a spoonful of hot water....
So my question is, how do you like kefir? I used to love the fruity ones, but they have way too much sugar for me these days.... If I put the kefir in a smoothie, it kinda loses the lovely tangy flavor....
Have you poured it straight over berries? Or used it some other way?
