LOL! Ok, have to ask. There are things that look like white cookies around the front, what are those made from, the morter? Brilliant job! The slim jims look like logs.

The "white cookies"? If you mean the stuff at the foundation, those are macadamia nut "boulders". If you mean the tall thing standing up, it is a "snowman" made out of cream cheese. He was pressed in to a snowman icecube tray :p

The other white things you see (on the side walls and the "window") are slices of pepper jack cheese.

No, I hadn't seen those before - beautiful! I'll bet you could make a fondant out of smooshed and rolled-out cheese to replace the mashed potato frosting.
