Has anyone ever heard of WHEYLOW sweetener? Is it good or bad?

I posted about this awhile back after reading about it on another board. No one had tried it here.

I'm sure quite a few people have tried it here, just perhaps nobody read your post...was it here in Kitchen Talk? Or in Atkins, or maybe Newbie Questions, or even Products? Products is likely. A search of the RECIPE forums is also a good thing to look into, see if it's used there...

I've used the stuff, in several of its variations. It works like sugar because it IS sugar. Do not be fooled by misleading marketing. It MAY have a lower glycemic response than some other sugars, bit it IS made of sugars. Lactose and fructose, if I remember correctly, plus some others. Full carb load of 4 cals a gram.

To be used with caution, and not at all on any form of Induction.
