If you read the sticky in each recipe forum entitled Kitchen Forum Rules: PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING HERE (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=163743) you'll discover that the actual recipe sections are only for actually posting recipes. ;)

If you click on the link in my previous post, you will see that it is a recipe for a beer and cheese soup. :exclm:
