I am posting my last confession. I hereby confess that I am officially quitting this WOL....it sucks, I felt bad, my bodily functions smelled really bad. This WOL may be for some...but not for me. I will loose my 20 pounds on slimfast and exercise. Goodbye to all and good luck to all.

best of luck to you. slimfast is just sugar and chemicals, tho. save your money and have a nice salad for lunch instead.
