Do you store flax meal in the freezer? If so, for how long? Also, if stored in the fridge, how long is it good for? Thanks

I'm not sure about the freezer. I store mine in the refrigerator. It's good for several months, stored in the refrigerator.

I keep my in the fridge as well, in a tight lid container that holds 2 pounds. I'm not sure how long it lasts because I have to restock my container once a month when I hit the bulk foods natural store. I haven't noticed any difference from the first day to the last.

i'm trying to stock my kitchen so i don't always have to go to the store i don't know if i got what you refer to as flax meal or not. is this a hot cereal? because that's what my bags read
