Some of the recipes here call for "unsweetened powdered sugar"....has anyone tried putting Splenda in the blender and pulverizing it? Would this work?

I think I read in one of Blaine's LC recipes that he does that.

Works great as a "duster" on recipes, not so much if you're trying to make buttercream icing or some such...

Erythritol in the magic bullet works real well, too, and actually still has some bulk when you're done.
