My daughter is 16. She plays tennis on the school team and she has asthma. Can you tell me what she needs to do? We've always been told that she needs carbs for her tournaments. Our family started the Atkins diet Saturday. My husband has had brain surgery and has gained 50 pounds due to steroids and not being able to exercise. So... we are trying to do this with him. Thanks!
