I need a recipe. I just cooked up some ground beef and onion. I was going to do taco salad, but now that sounds horrible. Any ideas?

How about put some sour cream in it and make it a stroganoff without the noodles? Or just put some shredded cheese on top or something?

I love ground beef in scrambled eggs with a few dots of cream cheese throughout for breakfast.

You could add a little bit of tomato/pizza sauce, a little mozz or jack cheese, and some sliced peppers or mushrooms, and eat it plain or on LC bread or tortilla.

Here's lots of ground beef recipes. Dottie's burger scramble florentine is delicious (I cut the recipe in half).
