we all know hot dogs, steaks, ribs and all that....but I am looking for more.
I am learning to cook in a Dutch oven so chicken and fish are easy.
My kids and DH get rather picky too,but they are not the ones who have to buy, pack & prepare it.

By the way has anyone tried eggs in a bag? they are very good with almost no clean up
2 eggs only
1 freezer qu size bag
what ever you want in your eggs
we like cheese
salsa
sour cream
bacon
drop it in boiling water for 13 min
take it out, let it rest for 1-2 min, roll it out
when we do this when camping we eat it right out of the bag for no clean up

Have you had a look in the Kitchen Talk subforum for any info on Dutch Ovens"? Here's a couple of links where this has been discussed in Kitchen Talk that might be helpful to you.
