I want you guys opinions before I buy.
I've bought waaay too much LC stuff that went to waste so I wanna know what's best.
Carbquick or the Atkins stuff?

I like carbquick way more. When I first started LC I bought the atkins bake mix. It ended up going in trash, and I am one of those people who never throw out anything unless it's bad, esp expancive things.

I found that carbquick made the only realistic saausage gravey for buiscuits and gravey, that I have experienced since going low carb. If I try it in a bowl muffin or smaller recipie I do notice a faint taste, but I think that's also me not being used to that kind of foods anymore.

Carbquik, hands down. Atkins bake mix has a nasty soy taste.

Carbquik does take a little working with, IMO, and isn't "exactly like Bisquick" but read around the recipe threads and you'll find some tried-and-tested recipes that are very good.

I am going with the majority here. Carbquik! In my opinion if Carbquik had not been available it would have severly crippled my ablity to make things I like to eat LC.

Hands down--CARBQUICK!

Atkins is just down right nasty--both tasting and smelling!

CARBQUIK!!!! It is totally the reason that I love low carb eating.... have used it for over a year now.... just a spoonful here or there.... and it makes great cookies too!! Bowl muffins, flaxseed meal/carbquik "crackers", a sprinkle of it in my cream cheese/egg "pancakes", breadsticks, etc, etc, etc.... I am 99% strict with my low carb eating... and I honestly do NOT miss anything from my old food groups.... I eat all the goodies I want.... but just LOW CARB goodies... and 99% of THEM are homemade goodies - not "frankenfoods".... CARBQUIK!!!!
