I thought this article was VERY interesting and makes me glad I take melatonin every night.

They're linking up melatonin (and lack thereof) to cancers, especially breast cancer. They're speculating the the reason industrialized nations have more BC is because we're subjecting people to bright lights at night, when they should be producing melatonin.

Vitamin D controls melatonin production and sets circadian rhythms. Vitamin D prevents cancer. Breast tissue, among other body parts, hav vitamin D receptors in it.
