I bought two loaves of low carb bread around the beginning of August and froze for when venturing into maintenance.
It says on the website to consume within two months and I'm worried I've left it too long to eat.

Ingredients: Gluten Powder, Oat Flour, Egg, Butter, Salt, Sugar* (sugar is totally consumed by yeast)

What is it in the ingredients that spoils and what are the consequences of eating it spoiled? Have I left it too long?

A speedy reply from someone would be so, so appreciated as I fancied some toast in the morning! Thanks a lot. :)

I doubt it, usually you can freeze stuff for up to 6 months (even longer)!
