HI I am just wondering if any one still watches there calorie intake as well as carbs. I take in on ave about 10 grams of carbs a day and around 2000 calories. I know that we do not need to watch our calorie intake but just watched the Atkins show. It was great a little weired watching the close ups of people eating LOL. But it says that we are lossing because we are taking in less calories then on a low calorie diet. So was just wondering if 2000 is an ok #. Never did a low calorie diet before.

You are 6’2” and very active, because of that Your calories are good and might even be low. On the other hand, your carbs should be higher.
Do you use Fitday.com? It helps with this lifestyle.

It's a YMMV thing.
Some people find that counting carbs is enough. Others manage to control carbs but still eat too many calories and eventually have to come to terms with portion size. If you're happy with the rate at which you are losing, then maybe you're not one of the latter. I am (although it hasn't changed my behavior at all.)
We do lose because we eat fewer calories than "before;" not necessarily because we take in fewer than a "low cal" diet (many of which are 800-1000 calories, which is virtually unsustainable, IMO). The metabolic advantage of LC helps process more calories, and the higher fat makes you feel more satisfied.
Exercise helps, too.
If you hit a stall and can't figure it out, count calories. Elsewise, don't worry about it.
