Does anyone know any good cookery books that are montignac compatable?
I have IBS so can't eat any of the fat or dairy products included in Michel Montignacs books but love eating a la montignac, as I feel great and it keeps me in shape.
I am sure some of the other diet plans such as South-beach have Montignac compatible low-fat recipes - can anyone recommend any that are non-dairy and low GI??
thanks

Have you looked in the Montignac forum section here (try under Semi-lowcarb Plans) or searched this whole Kitchen forum with the keyword 'montignac'?
Also, a quick google with recipe and Montignac and maybe cookbook ought to get you somewhere. Even the Library is an excellent (and cheap) source of this kind of information...try before you buy.
