Hi everyone - I bought some Atkind baking mix so I can make some pancakes, and the recipe says it is 14 net carbs, but doesn't say PER SERVING or for 3 PAnckakes...do you think its only 14 carbs for the whole recipe of 10 pancakes? Anybody have any experience with this?

Hi - I/4 cup of the atkins baking mix has 3 net carbs so depending on how much the recipe calls for you should be able to figure it out.

www.atkins.com has a really good recipe for pumpkin pancakes. My kids love them with whipped cream and sugarfree maple syrup. ;) The recipe also has the nutritional value per serving with the recipe.
