Hi. I bought some inside round steak, it was cheap, but now I don't know what to do! Any suggestions on how to cook it? Marinades? I don't have a pressure cooker. Thanks for any help!

Round steak is a good economical cut of meat,(usually about good burger price in my area) I would grill it if possible, Mccormick make a Monteal steak seasoning, that is very good. Put it on both sides and rub it into meat let set for about .5 hour before grilling or broiling.
The problem I have with round steak is that it is usually only about .5 inch thick, so it is easy to overcook it. About 2 minutes per side on my gas grill give me a medium doneness. Overcooked for me but perfect for the rest of the household.
You could cut it up into smaller steaks marinade in some worchestshire sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder or (fresh garlic better yet) and a small amount of white vinegar.
One of my favorite ways to make just about any meat is small amout of olive oil rubbed into meat and then hit with some course salt and black pepper. Grill, broil, or pan sear.
Cut into smaller pieces it is good to just heat some oil in a skillet and when it is good and hot do each side for a minute or so until desired doneness. top with some butter and garlic. if you have dried minced garlic, melt some butter and mix it in. Let cool and you will have a nice steak topping.
hope this helps, just try not to overcook and dry it out and you will be fine.

I buy this all the time, especially on sale and freeze it. I use it to make Beef Stroganoff. I just fry up a bit of onions and a lot of mushrooms and garlic then set that aside. Then I cut up the round steak in smaller cubes and I fry that with salt and pepper, then drain, then I use McKormick's stroganoff seasoning packet and add the mushrooms and onions back in. I am sure you can use a bit lower carb way to season it, but I have lost a lot of weight eating this. Then, just follow the directions on the McKormick's package!!!! I just eat this by itself with some broccoli or asparagas on the side. It is fantastic!!!!

I like to stuff it. Take a mixture of mushrooms sauteed in garlic and butter, some shredded cheese and anything else you might want and spread it over the steak, roll up and secure with kitchen twine or skewers. I bake it or grill it (longer cooking times and lower tems keep it from toughening up)

I like to pound it with seasonings, fill with slice of provalone and spinach, roll em up and secure with skewers. I brown them in a fry pan a lil then bake in the oven covered with crushed tomatos.
