OoO capsules

I finally recieved my OoO yesterday in the mail. This morning I took two capsules and planned on taking two this afternoon.

Then I realized people were taking two DROPS of OoO twice a day, and not capsules.

How many capsules should I be taking? I have Nature's Way 50mg oregano oil plus 25mg flax oil.

I take the Rexall brand soft gels and mine has 150mg in a base of extra virgin olive oil. Serving size is 1 soft gel taken once or twice daily. I take one mid morning and one mid afternoon.

Please read the many OoO threads in this section and others. I am sure you will find the answer and much advice.

I would follow the manufactuers suggestion & adjust from there. I take the drops, but I started with the softgel caps & the brand I had suggested 3 a day with water.

Tofi~ I have read the OoO threads, but can't find an exact answer on how many to take. In fact I even posted this question on the 76+ page thread, but was over looked.

The Natures Way bottle says 1 daily but some take 2 and some as much as 4 daily. If you have bad yeast reaction symtoms I wouldn't take too many at first, otherwise 2 would be fine. 2 breckie, or a name similar to that, says on that long thread that she takes 2 and her Mom 4 sometimes daily, I believe, but don't quote me, as I am not sure if that's how you spell her handle...lol. Hope that helps

I started with drops (2 or 3 twice a day), finished that and am using soft gels from Puritians Pride (online) 150 mg ~ 2 or 3 twice a day.
