I am new to low carbing as well as cooking for that matter LOL...

Anyway,I was looking for some good LC recipes to use my crockpot.I am doing induction right now so any ideas would be gladly appreciated.

I just took some chicken and a bunch of legal LC veggies and put them in the pot with water spice and some chicken boullion mix and turn it on low the whole night. Turned out yummy! Like chicken soup!

Thanks,that sounds easy enough.I am going to search the web for more recipes.I like the idea of having it ready,for dinner after preparing it in the morning.

This is a great site to find crock pot recipes. You can always substitute for High carb parts of the recipes.
