Hi, I was just searching for recipes and came across this one.

It sounds so tasty!

My question is how can graham crackers and brown sugar be used if this is low-carb? Especially using brown sugar, instead of brown sugar twin?

I have not used graham crackers since LC'ing. Do they have sugar?

Thanks--Annie-Pie

Don't know what recipe you're talking about A-P but brown sugar and graham wafers are not low carb. It could be someones "idea" of low-carb. :)

Graham wafers do contain sugar and flour. A cup of crumbs contains a whopping 62 grams of carbs.

Sorry, Karen. I don't think I replied in the right format. I clicked on the line that said to comment on that recipe. It gets confusing for me.

Here is the link I found. It does not look LC to me but I am not trying to be critical. I just truly want to know how it is LC.

In the early days, anyone could post to the Readers Recipe section. It was disabled for a few reasons and one of them was because anything could be posted, low-carb worthy or not. We're working now on cleaning that section up as well as editing my section.

Yep, it's cold, but not as cold as Ottawa where I grew up. Now, that's cold!
