My wife wants to make Shrimp Dejogne for another couple and us tomorrow night. She said the only thing that would be bad would be the breading in it.

Does anyone have any idea what we could substitute for the breading. I know I have substituted Parmasan Cheese for breading on chicken in the past, but I am not sure if that would work with the Shrimp Dejogne.

I did try to search the forum and the low carb receipes and Google.

Thanks for any help.

Hi Roadman,

You could try crushed pork rinds. I have successfully breaded chicken (Kiev ;) ) with a combination of parmesan and crushed pork rinds.

Good luck!

Thank you Rosebud. My wife said she would try it. At least I had 1/2 of it correct.

By the way, sorry I didn't put this post in the right area. I just didn't see this neat little area.

Thanks again, and have a Happy New Year. :yay:
