I posted this elsewhere and haven't gotten a response yet. What numbers do you use to Customize Splenda?

Allibaba, see posts #2 and #3 in your earlier thread (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=154739). Bulk Splenda is 24g carbs and 92 calories per cup, and packets are 1g/4 calories each.

Hi Atlee,
I did see your posts from earlier. I'm just wondering how to put it into FitDay. If the carbs go up, then does everything else? KWIM??? Where would I actually find this information. I'm also looking for the nutritional info. for my coffee too. I use the general from FitDay but would like to know the actual.
