I've tried low carb pasta and it was terrible. It smelled when we cooked it and it never ever got soft. We've tried a couple and got discouraged. Any suggestions out there??? Also we have tried some of the low carb bread and eeeeeeeeeeeeek, rubber. Atkins corn, cranberry, blueberry are very good toasted but I'd like a sandwich!! Help

There are a few low carb breads out there. Wonder lite is one. You might look for them. My husband treats himself to a sandwich about once a week, but I think he is getting over that. Myself. I only had one slice since August and do not miss it either. Good luck.:dazzle:

Can't help you with the pasta as I've not found any I really like. However, I did try the Atkins bread and thought it was very good. I'm up in NH and found it in the "natural food" section at Shaws Market in the freezer section. HTH.
