We've been making the following ice cream recipe. Which is very yummy. Can we substitute the granular splenda with Divinci Syrup? Would cut down on carbs.

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
2 eggs
3/4 cup splenda
2 tsp. vanilla
