The only one i've tried is ThckenThin Nostarch or Notstarch
I've only used it twice, it works good, but is expensive

I found an AWESOME product called glucomannan powder. You can find it at http://www.konjacfoods.com/order/

Use it for anything: thicken sauces or soups, make puddings (yum! I made a great vanilla pudding from this powder and stevia and heavy cream and eggs the other night - TWO carbs per serving)

I use peanut butter in stir fries. Other nut butters would work too I expect.

What about gelatin?

the only prob with gelatin is that in high heat it doesn't work (at least the kind I know)
