I was just wonering if anyone has tried One A Day's Weight Smart vitamin? My sister told me about it last week and I thought I would try it. It has green tea extract in it to help with metabolism, along with all the suppliments. In the last 7 days, I've lost 8 pounds. I haven't changed my eating habits, maybe it is the weight smart working? Has anyone else tried it? Just curious. Thanks.

I've been using it. Be careful though, I just read the lable again after another thread about multi vitamins. It contains dextrose as well as starch. I'm going to switch brands when I get money too. I already take a green tea suppliment, so the one added in the One A Day probably isn't needed.

I read some reviews of this vitamin...and they were mostly all bad!!! Most users claimed the vitamin made them sick to their stomaches...and did nothing for weight loss. I would also be leery of the green tea as I'm sure this would add caffeine, something I think we are supposed to be avoiding.
I think the reviews were on www.epinions.com

I started it about 2 weeks ago and I stalled out. I think that I stalled because I started to work out, not because of the weight smart. I just had a mini whoosh this morning (3 lbs.) I figure that it can't hurt, because the Atkins ecell has many of the same ingedients including caffine and green tea. Good luck!

I've been using it for about 3 months and find none of the above. It seems fine for me.

I have used the One a Day Weight Smart and it makes me feel nauseous if I don't take it with food. It gives you a nervous energy spurt also, due to the green tea extract, I suppose. I probably won't buy it again.

I have been using it for about 2 weeks. If I don't take it with food it upsets my stomach too. I will probably finish the bottle I have, but have not really noticed huge changes, but then again, I have only been taking it for 2 weeks. I find if I take it with lunch, it does not hurt my stomach.

This is my first week using Weight Smart and I feel alittle more energized with it.
I do take it AFTER my lunch and I like it...I was taking a green tea extract but stopped when I was given this (by a friend who said it made her heart race).
But I only heard Great things about GREEN TEA, so it can't hurt to take both!
I give it a
