I keep hearing about how aspartame can stall weight loss so I was wondering if anyone had recipe or knew of any jello without aspartame. I really miss it...

Hmm, i wonder if you could use Knox brand plain gelatin and add Splenda or davinci SF syrup when you prepare it? Just a thought..... :)

Jolly Ranchers makes a jello made with splenda in the refrigerator section of your store.

There is a recipe here somewhere using Knox geletin, unsweetened kool aide and splenda -- you may find it doing a search.

2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1 pkg. unsweetened koolaid
2 cups boiling water
2 cups ice
Splenda (I use 1/2 cup)

Add 2 cups boiling water to knox gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add koolaid and stir until dissolved. Add ice and stir until melted. Add splenda and refrigerate!

I know this recipe by heart. I make it every day and my kids love it too!

I think sugar-free vs. unsweetened is the key.
Remember "back in the day" (when I was a kid anyway), there was no such thing as presweetened jello. It's like 50cents a packet and the recipe on it calls for a cup of real sugar. That's the stuff this recipe is talking about. And I am sooooo excited about it. I too REALLY miss jello as a quick snack. Thanks.
