I saw a recipe this morning on peanut butter cookies that just used peanut butter, splenda and cream or cream cheese cant remember. Anyway I cant find it now. I found the old peanut butter cookie recipe in the kitchen but this was a new one that was just posted either today or yesterday. If you saw it or know what Im talking about could you let me know.
Thanks.

I didn't see the original post, but are either of these recipes what you're looking for?
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. sugar-free peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp. water
6 packets Splenda
1 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. almond flavored extract (optional)
How to Prepare:
Beat peanut butter into cream cheese with 2 packs Splenda, 1/2 tsp. of the unsweetened cocoa and almond flavored extract if using. Refrigerate mixture until firm. Slightly dampen hands and pinch off a marble sized piece of the cheese mixture and roll into a ball. Do this with the rest of the cheese. Freeze for 30 minutes in a single layer on wax paper. Mix remaining Splenda and cocoa. Place in a gallon sized zipper bag and add frozen cream cheese balls. Shake gently to coat. Store in refrigerator in a single layer to prevent sticking.
Makes about 15 cheese balls.
OR.....
Peanutbutter Icecream Cookies
Makes 20 cookies
1 cup heavy cream
7 packets Splenda (to taste)
2 T peanutbutter
Combine all ingredients on low-speed with mixer until well blended. Beat until stiff. Drop in mounds on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Freeze until firm. Store tightly covered in freezer.
