Hi !
I just purchased some Atkins maple syrup since I did not know when I would ever see it again.
But now that I have it, I wonder, what DO you do with this besides putting it on low carb pancakes/waffles??
Any suggestions?
Thanks!!

You can splash it over chicken or pork along with some lemon juice to have a maple glaze.

Thank you very much!
I am vegetarian but I bet that would be wonderful over vegetables too!

Hi Stall Queen,
LOVE your name ! Its fabulous dahling ! ;O)
Syrup might be handy for those times you just want a bit of sweetness, maybe dip a bit of egg omelet in it ? or maybe as a use in Chinese stir fry type meals ?
Might even get really adventurous and try freezing it, mixing with heavy creme etc ????
Good luck on your journey, we're all pulling together here !
hehe CARBE DIEM !!!

Well then! :o
You could mix a little into a vinaigrette. If you have ever liked honey and cheese, you can drizzle it on cheese or mix it into cream cheese as a dessert. Or, mix it with a bit of soy, ginger and lemon as a glaze for tofu. If you eat fish, maple is great with salmon.
